Why I started this Blog
February 5, 2012 – The day we got married!!!!
It’s kind of surreal that it actually happened, after all the planning and worrying – then BAM! It’s all OVER!
Our wedding was perfect!! The flowers and decorations were fabulous!! The DJ, the minister and everyone involved did a great job!! So much went into planning for the last year. We thank every one who helped us and everyone who came to celebrate with us!
After the excitement of the wedding and getting back from our mini-moon, a week in Key West, it was time to figure out what’s next. We planned the week in Key West because our actual plan for our honeymoon was to do an Alaska Cruise. The problem with that was Alaska cruises don’t run all year. Our wedding was in February, the cruises don’t start running until May. Everyone told us “DO NOT STAY HOME” the week after wedding. Thus the Mini-moon was planned.
Arriving back home meant it was time to get back to reality, that reality was what to do with all that time I had spent planning. I decided that since I like exploring new things, traveling, cooking, and creating why not make that my plan. I also like sharing all of those things with other people so that’s where this blog was born. I’ll let you know the how, when, where, and if it’s worth it so you don’t have to take the risk. I do it for you!
